Create an Organization

An organization is the container for all members, groups, and workflows in kikuflow. Each organization is fully isolated — data does not cross between organizations.

Steps to create

1. After signing in, if you haven't joined any organization, the system will guide you to create or join one
2. Click "Create New Organization"
3. Enter your organization name (can be your company or department name)
4. Confirm — you become the Owner of this organization

Next steps after creation

Once your organization is set up, complete these in order:

1. Invite members
2. Set up departments (if workflows need manager-level approvals)
3. Create groups (for task assignment)
4. Ask SuperAdmin Agent to create your first workflow

SuperAdmin Agent can do the setup for you

After creating the org, you can describe your org structure to SuperAdmin Agent and it can create groups and workflows for you — no need to configure everything manually.
