Track Your Request
View submitted requests
- Go to "My Requests"
- See all your submissions with their current status and last updated time
- Click any request to view:
- Which step it's currently at
- Who reviewed each step and when
- Review comments (if any)
View requests I reviewed
Go to "My Reviewed" in the sidebar to see all workflow instances where you approved or rejected a step. This helps you look up past decisions and review comments.
Visual progress
The request detail page shows the entire workflow graphically, with your current position highlighted. Completed nodes are marked green; pending nodes are yellow.
Notifications
When your request progresses (e.g., reviewed or rejected), the system sends you a notification.
Audit history
Every request has a complete action history, recording each step's:
- Processor
- Processing time
- Approved / Rejected
- Review comments entered
