Create Workflows with SuperAdmin Agent
SuperAdmin Agent is the only way to create workflows in kikuflow. No need to learn a complex workflow designer — just describe your requirements in plain language and the Agent generates a complete workflow draft and publishes it.
What can SuperAdmin Agent do?
- Create groups based on your description (departments must be set up by an Owner/Admin first)
- Design workflows (nodes, assignments, conditional branches)
- Generate a draft for your review, then publish officially
How to start
- Sign in as Owner or Admin
- Open the "SuperAdmin Agent" interface
- Describe your requirements in plain language
Tips for better results
The more specific your description, the better the result. Here are some examples:
Example 1: Simple purchase request
"I need a purchase request approval workflow. The employee fills in a purchase form, then the direct manager reviews it. If the amount exceeds $5,000, the finance manager needs a second confirmation. Finally, notify the requester of the result."
Example 2: With AI review
"Create an expense reimbursement workflow. The employee submits a claim, then AI checks whether the amount is reasonable (flag as abnormal if it exceeds company policy by 20%). Flagged cases go to manual review, normal cases are auto-approved."
Example 3: Cross-department collaboration
"Create a contract review workflow. Sales fills in a contract summary, then Legal reviews, then Finance reviews — both must pass. If either rejects, the workflow ends."
From draft to publish
After the Agent generates the workflow, you'll see a draft preview. You can:
- Confirm and publish: The draft becomes a live workflow that members can use
- Request changes: Tell the Agent what to adjust, e.g., "Change step 2 to be assigned to the Audit Team"
- Leave it as a draft: The draft stays unpublished, and you can continue adjusting it later
Cannot edit after publishing
Once published, a workflow cannot be directly edited (to protect in-progress requests). To make changes, ask the Agent to publish a new version. See: Version Control
Modifying an existing workflow
To update a published workflow, tell the Agent: "Update the 'Purchase Request Workflow' — change step 3's reviewer from Finance Team to Audit Team."
The Agent will generate a new version based on the current version. Once published, new requests follow the new version while in-progress requests continue on the old version.
