kikuflow has three roles. Every member in an organization holds exactly one.

Role descriptions
Owner
The organization creator — has full permissions, including deleting the organization. Each organization has exactly one Owner, and ownership cannot be transferred.
Admin
Assigned by the Owner — can manage members and workflows, but cannot delete the organization. Ideal for IT administrators or process owners.
Member
Regular employees — can submit requests and review tasks assigned to them. Cannot modify organization settings or workflows.
